Heya everyone! today i had loads of fun! at the jjc wall..with some classmates!wow! so fun! and today we had our last planning comm meeting..and im sure everyone is sad..took so many pics today la ! here are some pics! :)

LOVE FIESTA 2007 !

I'm back after so long! its about 2 wks since the planning comm started planning for love fiesta..its been tiring yet fun planning! admin does almost everything..frm stamping the sch logos..to counting tickets(as in thousands)..doing banners..wrapping boxes..and so on..its been really fun working with the admin ppl ! i know everyone's names already ! haha..didnt do much hw this wk and needed to stay back everyday to plan until very late..i gt to know the admin ppl much better and i really did enjoy their presence..(:
1 mth has passed-that quick! and results will be out this wk..and then..it will be time to part..its a sad feeling..i love my class 07S26! everyone had fun selling pizza and kebak! haha!
yesterday was love fiesta! finallyyy!! i was incharge of the ticketing in the canteen! its was ok sitting there..but i was happy being able to help out at jj affinity and my class stall too! i ate ALOT..and i saw 4e1 ppl and juniors and of course, church ppl! thanks for coming down!

Well, 2 weeks of lessons in jc has passed...so fast ! its already third wk of jan ! lots of things has happened...last wk, i gt to go back to tanglin to sell the love fiesta tix..and i gt to go to jessica's house to watch high sch musical! like finally..haha..since we ended sch at 11 and left sch at 1.
This wk passed with lots of fun again..though there's more hw..on mon..a new time table is given out and it's time for lessons with the class 07S26! there was leader's interview and more mass dances and meetings for the j1 leaders..joining admin is fun afterall! jjc will be performing at vivo on sat and will be gng there to sell love fiesta tix again..(: im still wondering what cca is best for me..but i tink im gng for e club and squash !
results are coming out real soon ! but the time spent now feels like there's no results to be taken back in feb but to remain in this sch...pray for God's direction and Will to lead me to the right place (:
ohya! its been great gng for prayer meetings on wed and yf is BIG. Praise God !

JJ's orientation camp !

I'm back frm JJ's camp ! thank God he kept me strong and safe! Now i have a gang..haha..the gals are amanda,huiying and Moka! haha..we were rather close during the camp..
camp was cool! we played lots of dirty games and had mass dances. JJ nite was funnn!
Anyway, gt my class and willl be separated frm close frens..but its okie..im gonna meet more new frens ! at the meantime, oso staying close to my other frens..(:

First day at JJC

HEYA ! there goes the first day of sch ! its been a super long day..arrived at jjc with sq..stood arnd until we were asked to go to the hall..wow..when i first stepped into the hall..was quite impressed with the surroundings..like so many leaders arnd holding banners and music blasting..thank God there was a tanglinian in my grp..she's huiying from 4e2! and i gt to meet my pri sch fren in my grp too ! my FAMILY 3 was cool as we had a super enthu leader..oh ya..my grp is OG14 !we ended at 6.30 la ! so late.Tmr's the camp..and its said to be exciting and funnn!

Well, i guess God has a reason for placing me in this sch for the first one and a half mths or so..to observe the surroundings..and if God willing..i might change JC after my results..But i know i have to leave it to the Lord no matter what happens as he knows what's best for me ! :)

A new year begins...

Well, here comes year 2007 ! can't wait to see what God has in place for me ! haha..few things to update on from 2006..

Last week went well..for christmas eve, went caroling to 4 places..its was enjoyable! After that, some of us went over to gwyn's house to stayover !Christmas day was nicee-went to orchard rd with gwyn,shelia,jasmine and lydia. I gt to watch night at the museum with my mom too on one of the days ! and i gt to meet up with my sakae peeps! sq,yining,xing fang and shumin ! though xf couldnt join us eating..we ate alot that day..
on sat-last yf of the yr..the ppl who came were very encouraging! we shared our testimonies for the yr and i pray that more youths will attend yf this yr !

on sunday-new year's eve ! shall talk abt the watchnight.many went up to share their testimonies..when will it be my turn? after that..it was 15 mins before 12am..a grp of youths plus some adults sang songs together b4 reaching the 10, 9 8..where we countdown together! when we reached 0..we didnt shout blessed new yr.. we immediately knelt down and pray to God for His mercies on this new year ! some of the youths popped over at gwyn's house after buying macs..and jas and i stayed over

today(1 jan)- woke up early to attend church leaders prayer conference. Pastor reminded us on being dilligent to read the bible regularly as this year's theme is "study to show thyself approve unto God"

A new year begins-another series of exciting events...let's start the year right and have many moments to cherish as the year goes by !

"Christmas started with a present" musical

Wheee! the musical has came and gone..sob sob..well, yesterday was superb fun and exciting ! i misssed class outing..but overall, i enjoyed myself still! the singing and singing was nice..my throat is hoarse now..haha..Thank God was sustaining everyone..the puppeteers,choir,IT ppl and others..its been a great yr practising together ! All is well grp rocks(8 of us)! hahah..took a lot of pics.
there were quite a number of ppl..though not so many..but food was great ! there was chocolate fountain!

Lanjut trip 2006

I'm back frm Malaysia! this retreat has been really fun and exciting! the constant downpour and fun and laughter everyone had was very memorable. I thank God that i am able to make it for this trip..with my parents along...sigh..haha..i gt to know the senior class and my age guys whom i dont usually talk to. during the trip, we gt to play captain's ball, touch rugby...and the BEST part was pictionary!! the tv was cool as we could play games. Pictionary was REALLY VERy fun! enjoyed that game.(: i enjoyed the fellowship we had and fun!
God was so merciful on our trip back..we had to drive thru a few metres FLOOD which was rather high( my first time experiencing being in a flood)..water went into some of the cars..but thank God we werent swept away by the water..the feeling was rather exciting but scary though.here are some of the pics!

Yf camp 2006

Thank God for yf camp 2006! this yr camp was held at Aloha Loyang changi..by God's grace, 34 campers signed up! This time was my first time being in the camp commitee..Food I/c. Well, i guess God had a reason for me being the food i/c, i really felt tired after a day's work..as there was like continuous things to be done like boiling water washing dishes..but thank God he sustained the kitchen crew ! thank u so much to those who helped me! i really appreciated ur help! without u ppl,i may not be able to survive the camp..
This yr's theme is true friendship..and i enjoyed the messages, though there were only 3 messages i was able to learn what true friendship is and My best fren is definitely Jesus ! We had combined games day with Moriah and i enjoyed myself too!
I thank God for the people at camp..the camp commitee and campers..im sure all of us had enjoyed ourselves..it is through this camp that i gt to know those youths i dont usually talk to.!
Pray that the youths will come for the yf meetings!

Cant wait for the christmas musical! Christmas started with a present ! 23rd dec. (:

oh ya..today we had this sc farewell bbq..it was not too bad..thanks juniors!

Taiwan,hk,macau and zhuhai trip 2006

I really thank God for this yr's holiday..though i had to miss out the fun at ss camp..i knew maybe God had a reason..this time i went to 4 different places..i really enjoyed myself
made new frens on the taiwan tour(the girl in the first pic is same age as me and we took rides together at the theme park in taiwan)..hk was cool! disneyland was ok la..small..but enjoyed myself with jess and her bro..! we rode space mountain 9 times! sat this cruise tour for 3 times and the shows were the best !

Took a ferry to macau for the day just to do some sightseeing. and we walked over to the china border to cross to zhu hai! in just one day i got to go two other countries..so cool ! Shopping at zhuhai was fun as things were cheap.

Cant wait for the next holiday ! the next post will be on the yf camp!

hello everyone ! blogging frm hk! just arrived in hk yesterday from the taiwan tour.weather is normal aircon tempt. (: have been shopping and eating..and enjoying myself of course..
during this trip, there were lots of moments to remb and i saw how God works in so many mysterious ways! for eg, i met my dear cousin jenna at a street in taiwan(in singapore we dont meet along streets even though its 36 times smaller),we were screamming so loudy as we were so shocked!
taiwan was not too bad..enjoyed the themepark and shopping and some sight seeing..
can't wait to go to disneyland on mon with jessica! she's in hk too! how cool!
yf camp is coming up! planning the food for the camp. okie..will blog soon after i return to s'pore! God bless!

Prom nite 2006 !

This day has finally arrived..and gone just like that ! Have been waiting for this day to dress up and have fun since sec one when i saw the older youths shopping for prom..mmm..this yr, prom was held at orchard hotel..and a grp of girls(jessica,sq,xf,cc,kelly.t and shining and me) decided to book a hotel room so that we could stay over! it costed a bomb..i really thank God for this night! really enjoyed myself despite the times when the waitresses kept taking away all our food especially the fish! my table didnt even get to eat it! haha..busy taking pics and pics..but overall, i enjoyed the fun and company. everyone was dressed to the nines..super cool! here are some of the pics taken.

Heyaa ppl! i'm back! well, this week has passed so fast ! prom's tml..can't believe it !
let's see how my week went..on monday, went out with my mom to many places to continue shopping for prom stuff..and i finally gt it done with..on tue, went to church first to accompany gwyn and jasmine before gng off to sch..while wating..we decided to just open a song bk and started playing the guitar and singing ! we had a great time together strumming the guitar. after that..i went off to sch to have a briefing on the jc posting and after that my class had a captain's ball session. Played for a while..left for gwyn's house to meet the two again to have a manicure plus pedicure session..i felt like a princess that day..just sat on the sofa..and jasmine and gwyneth painted my nails for me ! haha..it was fun checking out the different colours. (((:
Oh...we watched tv and jasmine and i decided to stay ovver at gwyn's house since we needed to go back to church the next morning to travel to aunty maryanne's house to bake.
And today..is my bro's 21st birthday ! went to aunty maryannes house to bake with my ss class first...the worse part was the cutting of onions for our lunch..jasmine and i took turns.the smell was so bad..everyone in the kitchen couldn't take it..hhaa..i was badly affected the most..needed to get out of the kitchen..eyes so pain ! anyway..after baking session..went out with my family to sakura buffet to celebrate my bro's bday ! we took cheesecake to make into a cake..hahha..

17 November 2006 -It's here!

I have finally awaited for this day to come! Thank God it has finally arrived! O lvls are officially over! it's been long since i last blog..so this is gonna be quite a long entry..
Well, o lvls came just like that and passed like that! time passes really fast! can't believe i have actually taken my o lvls..few things to thank God for..all these things had been in my mind even during the period of o lvls..

Thank God for His grace and mercy for watching over me during that crucial period..i didn't fall sick or even felt unwell..so i could concentrate well..(:
Thank God for my family..my mom who makes sure i eat proper meals before i left for exams and also massaging my hand..lol.i did massage hers in return hor!..my father and bro who drove me to sch during my Os..
Thank God for the people ( ss class, jolynn, yfers and many others) who has been constantly praying for me that i may trust God for His plans for me..u all have been a great encouragement to me! thank you so much! especially jasmine..thanks so much for staying back in church to keep me company since august! haha..we had fun studying together huh? thanks for the massages..haha..it was totally great!
Thank God for Bailu and Sq who accompanied me to jurong library on some days to study..i guess we will miss the times queuing up outside the library at 9.45 in order for us to get a seat.haha..so many ppl waited outside just to get a seat! and of course not forgeting the times where we had to rush through our meals before the security guard to check on our seats!
Above all, I praise God for He is the One who is in charge of all things! All the papers are in his hands now..so rachel, let's commit the results in His hands yeah? Just enjoy rite now!
Alright, next up will be prom nite! can't wait..! and of course more camps and and travelling and christmas outreach!

Oh ya! i finally went to vivo city today with sq..and we met junhao and his gang! haha..so big also can meet them..(:

Dedicated to 4e1 2006

I really thank God for putting me in tanglin sec, from 1b,2e2, 3e1 to 4e1. God has seen me thru these 4 yrs! And i must say that i truly enjoyed myself in Tanglin. All classes have been a blessing to me. The people in 4e1, both teachers and students, all have different characters which are rather interesting. God has placed u ppl in my life and of course, you will all be part of my memory. I will never forget the moments we spent together. sorry for the times if u felt that i was being mean or unfriendly. But i really enjoyed myself in 4e1!

yesterday was a memorable day for us..started the day off by taking lots of pics..to playing 1 hr of netball..to taking more pics again.. went out with some 4e1 peeps to eat at ginza (nice family lunch) haha..then we went bowling! wow..its been ages since i last bowled..and we had this mini competition whereby the MIGHTY gals team vs the JAID team..haha..the gals won the 2nd game! great fellowship we had..thanks!

In the night, it was time for our grad ceremony..more pics..plus party! had fun with the sparklers and singing..plus pizza..and MORE photo taking..guess we will take EVEn more during grad nite! cant wait to see all of u dress up smartly and cool.

oh ya.. yf today was a reminder to me..thru the singing and sharing..i guess i've learnt abt God putting us thru times of difficulty and sticky situations with people, that allows us to be molded by God. If not, how do we actually see our true self? and the bad side of ourself too? Most of the time, we blame ppl and think we are always right..and being angry at others when it is actually not their fault...God knows what trouble i'm facing and i am praying for His grace and mercy that i may be able to handle the situation well.

Promised Strength

Heya ppl! there goes the last wk of sch..just like that..im gonna miss sec sch life! anyway, this week was rather fun and nice! i decided to let the class write messages to me thru this diary..and its encouraging to read the msgs. today, was extremely nice and fun! sq and i decided to stay back in sch for the ERP(exam revison program i think) which starts at arnd 6 but i think studying is still as normal as no teachers came down..we stayed in the library until arnd 5..its was rather empty..but the atmosphere was nice..i realised i didnt know what my sch library actually had! lots of articles pasted on the walls..and i viewed all of them..after that..we went to eat dinner..and came back to the canteen to be with marlene and huiyu. they were studying too! after abt an hr..we decided to play ball! we played captains ball..followed by penalty kick soccer..so fun man! we played until the sky turned dark! then continued studying..

tml is gonna be exciting and cool too..taking pics and stuff..having fun!

I have learnt that i can count on God's promises though i may not be healed completely in this life, with painful past. He gives power to the weak and increases their strength! Move forward..don't dwell on the past! :)

World Trade Centre

Yesterday, i decided to watch world trade centre..so my mum and I went to west mall to catch the 2 hr long movie. There weren't many ppl..i guess due to exam period..yup..through the show..i saw how the lives of the americans were affected..and how 2 policemen trapped under 20 ft of rubble, struggled to keep themselves alive..that part was rather crucial..and it was sad to see how the ppl actually cried for their loved ones..and saw how a man felt the calling of God to go on the search for those trapped underneath..

this week passed fast! we gt back our overall scores and l1 R5..i have to thank God that i accpeted them..like missing by one mark to get to the next grade..its makes me feel a little upset..but i guess God had a reason behind that. :) next week on monday and tue will be tough..have mock exams which ranges from 3-4 papers a day?! anyway, just one more week, i would be out of sch! graduating ceremony in the hall on 13 oct..last day for all graduating classes..how fast!

And 3 weeks to olvl written papers! but coming paper is bio pract on 17 oct..
It will all be over on 17 NOV! wheee! (",)

How time passes..

Heya! i'm back after so long! 2 weeks of prelims have just passed like that! thank God for seeing me thru this 2 weeks..left one more paper..bio prac..sitting for papers after papers..and of course some which i felt rather discouraged..but i prayed that i will receive whatever results that come.
next up is o lvls! can't wait for it to be over.

on thursday, my sch had this performance at sp..some of my classmates decided to go even though we had chinese paper the next day..we had fun..it was a great show! and yesterday, went out with sq,jess and jer to sakae for the buffet! we had fun again! haha..and the roxy craze we had, was like totally cool!

This coming week would be crucial..receiving the results..and i will leave it to God..He has His plans for me..till then..God bless ! :)

here comes the 'holidays'

it's september already! one week left to prelims! oh well, yesterday was totally fun and cool. had teacher's day celebration..even though my class didnt get to perform on stage, we decided to perform in our class for mrs koh..and once again, she cried. we sang "at the beginning", a rather nice song. after that, i rushed home to change to meet jer,jes and sq for a movie at suntec! we caught the movie "Love-wrecked". the theatre was like empty..only a few ppl. sq and i ate popcorn. after the movie, we headed towards pastamania! and we 4 shared a BUDDY meal..and we were still full despite sharing. we started to walk back towards city hall mrt..but went to raffles city first for our ben and jerry's ice cream. we kept eating today..dont know why. :) today was totally nice for me as i gt to relax just before exams..the word we kept using yesterday was "totally".

Praying hard that everything would be fine..hey rachel and jasmine, we can do this together! remember to do our best, God will do the rest!

A series of exciting events.

today was rather an exciting day..but only after school. but anyway, jessica sq and i stayed back at the library to touch up on the BIG heart! the library was cool..only librarians were there..and we had like the big space to do..we did until abt 5.30? then jessica and i went out of sch..it was already drizzling already..and here comes the series of excting events..we were at the traffic light..waiting to cross..we started singing "at the beginning" as we were trying to memorise the song for tml..and then..we crossed the road..and it started to rain so heavily! it was rather funny as we were stuck at one part of the song..but as we were running to the busstop..jessica started singing out and we suddenly knew the lyrics..hha..and we were running like mad ppl..next thing..we gt up this bus which was quite packed..and mrs zamree was there too beside both of us..in the middle on the journey, after one busstop, the driver forgot to close the back door..and i was right there! but then a lady was in front of me standing right at the door..the worse thing was it was raining and i was standing at an uncomfortable position as if i were to move i may knock the lady and she might fall out..which is super exciting. first time in my life, standing near an opened bus door. jessica and i had fun on the bus..(: but thank God for the safety especially for that lady who was one of our sch's sci lab worker..

tml is gonna be exciting for our class! can't wait..i hope we dont screw up on stage! but i have faith in u people!

Yf !

Yf today was wonderful! 17 people came! like after so long, finally the attendance was such an encouragement today! the yfers had dinner together at jec..and after that we took neoprints! like after so long, we gt to take neoprints..and everyone squeezed into the small station and there was like sth weird abt the machine..we were able to take so many photos and don't know when it would stop..so we kept posing and laughing..(:

Yesterday, my last day as SC in tanglin..i will never forget the moments spent as an sc! thank God for his will and his guidance..even though i gt to join only this yr..i had learnt a lot and made cool frens!

Teacher's day is coming..and it is going to be exciting for my class. (: 4e1..GOGOGO!

Stressful periods coming up, but God never fails to look after us.

heya ppl! its been long since my last post! well, i have been busy the past few weeks, tests after tests..but i know its for our own good. can tell from other people's blog that they are feeling the stress already..prelims..olvls..but stay calm people..don't worry too much..everything will be over soon. It's been wonderful for the past 4 weeks, on sundays..studying with jasmine in church..in the media room with all the computers which are rather distracting..and the comfy sofa..(",) For the past one mth..i've been hooked to this korean show..and its my first korean show which i love so much and enjoyed(as i don't really like korean shows-storyline always the same) but the particular korean show (Save the last dance for me) is super duper gd..story line and cast are great! so..i have been watching on u tube..since this drama only show twice a week..

I'm quite shocked by how fast time passed this year..like soo fast..and tml will be my last time saying the pledge and last tue wias the last time doing register..kind of sad. we will be returning to class to sit with our classmates.

An encouragement to those who are feeling down or sad or sick of everything - Life is not a bed of roses, we do face troubles at times and have good times too. But its our perspective, look on the bright side and learn from your failures..there is a purpose why God brings trials in our life..which is a key to our success at the end. so, till then, accept what comes to u and be contented and happy (:

Happy 41st birthday Singapore!

Happy Birthday Singapore! today has been a superb day! had lot of fun! anyway, God has really blessed Singapore in many ways. A land of peace and harmony! I feel fortunate to be born here. :) Today, went for field day at west spring sec, had a great time with church frens, before heading towards the stadium for NDP! I love NDPs, especially the goodie bags. Ian and kee swee had blue tix and they hoped to exchange with ppl over there since my mum and i had green tix. God answered our prayer and they were able to persuade two ladies before my mum and i reached there. yup, and we were hoping that we gt back seats, in the end we had super front seats, but it was a good thing too! we were sooo close to the field. and when goodies were sent flying up high, we gt them! we were cool too at the ndp! haha..i started to like this year's theme song! gt to see tanglin sch teachers and frens! Fire works were superb but last year better. this year not so much.

Touching story

This story was shared by Aunty Maryanne to Rachel, Jasmine and I last sunday during ss class..and i think it touched not only me but the rest..and thank you rachel for typing it out! haha :)

it's a true story , about this American youngster who was a professional swimmer. his christian friend one day sat down with him to have a talk about the christian faith. after trying hard to get his swimmer friend to listen to what he had to say about God, he prayed with him and left.whatever his friend said didn't impress or make an impact on him at all. he just went to bed that night, trying to forget his conversation with his friend. true enough, by the next morning, he had already forgotten about the meeting.he went for his weekly swim at this indoor swimming pool. the lighting that day wasn't as normal, and he could hardly see through the dark pool. it didn't bother him that much, so he climbed the ladder up to the diving board. just as he had practised, he lifted both arms up at 90 degrees at each side and was preparing to jump when all of sudden the lights went off. across the building, he saw a reflection of himself, in the position of Jesus Christ on the cross.he obviously got the shock of his life and moved backwards, sitting down on the diving board. when the lights were finally on, he cried... he had realised that the pool had been emptied. there, he prayed to receive Christ as his personal Saviour and thanked God for his friend who evangelised to him.God had spared the life of this swimmer. God had purposed for his friend to tell him about God. the friend did make a difference in the swimmer's life afterall...

olevel oral eng is next fri! so fast! pray for me. (: and i guess national day is gng to be fun too cos im gng for ndp!

God's promise.

heyaa! im back to update after so long! anyway, its goodbyes to the parties of the month..had so many bday parties this month..had loads of fun! and now i can feel the pressure of the prelims and olevels..well, it has to come one day..i can't avoid it..but then, i thank God for being there, even when i dont get expected results in class tests..God reminds me that there is a purpose for what has happened..and grades are just earthly treasures. why do people study so hard? i always come across this qns during sunday sch class..and the gals will say..to work for a good job in the future..which means getting the pay u long for. but is that what God wants me to be..studying so hard until i spend less time with him? i have always believed that if we honor God, He will honor us back. so i have no worries.! i do my best, God will do the rest :)

this week, all the newly selected scs have joined us to sit in the parade sq! now there's like so many scs! and today, something rather unplesant happen in my class. my classmate gt angry with my teacher but he is known to be someone who can't control his anger..and he started criticising my tcher..i tink my tcher cldn't take it anymore..and she did broke down and was very disappointed in my classmate..well, after some communication, i really hope that this classmate of mine has learnt how to deal things calmly and not to challenge those above him. God uses this incident to teach me some points..

last saturday, yf showcased the video on the cross in China..i think this video has inspired me to want to share the good news with my frens!

this post wld not be on dogs..its just the title. :) anyway, for the past two weeks, it has been great! even thought there were a few upsets on stuff that u wld not think off.hhaa.What has happened over the last 2 weeks? Anyway, world cup is over(though i dont watch) but what is over is the wimbledon tennis! so fast time flies.. for wimbledon grand slam, i wanted Justine henin hardenne and Rafael Nadal to win so much! they were the winners of Roland Garros! yup..everything went well..they went to the final..well, justine has won all 3 grand slams except wimbledon..and i was hoping so much that she wld win..she was also playing so much better than her opponent in the finals..yet she lost..i know its just a match..nth much..maybe God wanted her to win another time:) And i can't believe i cried for her, cos she will always be the best player in my heart! Nadal lost to federer..but im sure he will win him one day!
oh ya..yesterday was jessica's birthday party! she invited almost the same ppl i invited. yup..and we, the gals had so much fun..eating, swimming (we even had relays), tennis, play station, dog and bone! we had lots of fun during the swimming session..and bbq food was superb! ice cream cake too! yum yum! I thank God for yesterday, as i enjoyed myself alot!
well, since all the tennis, world cup thingy is over..its time to focus on my work!

God has sustained this blog for almost 2 years..all praise to Him! this post will be short. yesterday..the first day of sch..mmm..wasn't too bad..a little tired. But at night i gt to catch Silent Hill with gwyneth and jasmine..it was so unexpected.! haha..my FIRST NC-16 movie! Jasmine's too! haha..and i had to show my ez-link card both at the ticket counter and b4 entering the theatre..haha..this shows i don't look like one 16 yr old girl. :) but it was rather funny that the show was played in total darkness..haha..the screen was black but we could hear the conversation! after like a few mins..someone finally went out to tell the person in charge. but it was a cool movie..although i was totally confused! haha..

Church camp 2006.

I was looking forward to another church camp..even though there wasn't many youths gng. at least i had my my ss mates with me. God has been gd to me..especially through this camp. He sustained me, not allowing me to be sick, and for journey merices wherever we went.
I left on sunday, after church with a few other families. Im glad that i went for this camp, i gt to play the guitar during the meetings so that i could improve(as i was actually struggling before). It was a different experience. The messages were based on Psalms. I think the last message struck me most as Prof. Harding kept emphasising about the Lord and Jesus. I missed the second aand third msg as i had to help out at the children's section. Well, i gt to learn new things over at the children's side too. The children were so excited to learn from the speaker.
things i got to do over there during free time: swimming, captains ball,taking pics,sleeping, watching tv, table tennis, enjoying the breeze of the sea,playground,eating even to playing old maid. :) i learnt to be a hairdresser there too! i had to straighten jolynn's hair everyday! haha..that was fun. We even stayed up late at night to watch football which i dont in Singapore! it was tiring though, but we still made it to devotions the next morning!
time passes so fast..sch's starting in two days time!!

Third week of holis gone..

the third week of holis have passed so quickly! class chalet is over..was an enjoyable one! lit seminar is over..i gt to catch She's the man with sq, jer and bailu..! anyway, today some of the scs sent chialynn off..she's gng away..we gt her a gift..! we went round the airport taking pics as if we were tourists..even in the mrt! haha..we had a fun time! church camp is up next! can't wait!

A memorable week!

the second week of the June holidays have not ended but it has already left a memory in me! from mon to wed(5-7) was SC camp! I was totally looking forward to my first SC camp! i knew it would be fun! And it was indeed fun! I totally enjoyed myself. it was cheers and cheers..games after games..my team was PASSION! i had seri as my asst. My grp members was really enthu and fun ppl! im thankful to them for what they had done for the grp! I thank God for meeting so many people at camp too! Everyone seemed to enjoy the camp..! thanks to the camp comm for organising such a camp! i look forward to the next sc camp! on wed the last day of camp..i had to rush home to prepare for my birthday party! asked yining to follow me to giant to get stuff before meeting the rest at jurong mrt. the party was fun filled with lots of food and joy! Thanks all for the presents and ur presence! we played bingo, UNO stacko, swings, block catching and DOG and bone! i think that we were very loud..even my mom heard us from upstairs while playing Dog and BOne. I thank God for sustaining me for 16 years on earth! The greatest Gift above all is of course Jesus! He gave me my salvation!
